Former US President Donald Trump sent a short message to Truth Social late Thursday for the first time since the app he launched launched two months ago, saying, "I'M BACK!"

Since the deal was announced this week, Trump has said he will not return to Twitter.
In a message on Thursday, dubbed "truth" in the app, Trump wrote, "I'M BACK! #COVFEFE ”, referring to the typo in a Twitter message he sent when the president complained to the media and was highly regarded.
Trump’s silence on his operating system since the launch of the Truth Social on Apple Inc’s (AAPL) app store in Feb. 21 have raised questions about its long-term effectiveness.
Prior to its launch, his son Donald Trump Jr. posted on Twitter a screenshot of his father's Truth Social account and one "truth" he posted in Feb. 14, was confirmed on @aaDonaldTrump's account, with the message: "Ready! Your beloved president will see you soon!"
Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), a parent company of Truth Social, plans to go public with the merger check company Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC), whose shares had risen 7.7% on the Friday before the market.
This agreement is being considered by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and it is almost months before it is finalized.
