Why is the blood red but the veins blue?

Have you ever wondered why the blood inside our body is red but the veins it runs in are blue?
In simple words, what happens to our body is that the veins look blue even though the blood running inside them is completely red.
All parts of the body need blood and this red fluid travels through the heart throughout the body. When blood leaves the heart it travels through the arteries to various organs, it is full of oxygen and when When it travels back to the heart, it suffers from a lack of oxygen.
This is why most people think that when the blood goes back to the heart, it causes the veins to look blue, although this is not true.
First of all, know that the color of our blood is really red whether it is running in the veins or leaking from a wound or going back to the heart.
But as far as the veins are concerned, the light deceives our eyes.
Our skin absorbs red light more deeply than blue light and this is what causes visual deception.
As a result of this light, the veins near the surface of the skin return blue light to the eyes and they look blue.
Iron in human blood combines with oxygen in the lungs to make blood red, but some animals have different blood colors.
As spider's blood contains more copper than iron, which is given to oxygen, the blood turns blue.
As a result of a similar chemical reaction, the blood of some animals turns green.
So the blood is more colorful than you can imagine and as far as the color of the veins is concerned, it is nothing more than a deception of sight.
